🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom-stitched or made-to-measure outfits

Accessories (e.g. jewelry, scarves)

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, back to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued as store credit or via bank transfer, depending on your preference.

We offer exchanges for size issues or defective items, subject to availability.
