Refund & Return Policy


At Tehzib Clothing Store, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help with a clear and fair return and refund process.


🔁 Returns

  • Return Window: You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

    • In original packaging with tags intact

    • Free from stains, perfume, or damage

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-stitched or made-to-measure outfits

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories (e.g. jewelry, scarves)

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"


💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, back to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued as store credit or via bank transfer, depending on your preference.


🔄 Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for size issues or defective items, subject to availability.

  • To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.


📝 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at returns@tehzibclothing.com with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

  2. Our team will respond with return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
