  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During sales or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes.

🚚 Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

  • Express Delivery (select cities): 1–2 business days

  • Shipping is free on orders above PKR 5,000. A flat rate may apply for orders below this threshold.

🌍 International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide to most countries via trusted courier partners like DHL, FedEx, or Aramex.

  • Delivery time: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Note: Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and may vary by country.

🔎 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment through the courier’s website.
